Our products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a license is issued or a product is made available, it cannot be returned like a physical item.
This policy applies to WHMCS modules, control panel licenses, renewals, upgrades, shared license access, setup fees, and any other digital product or service sold through our website.
The following reasons do not qualify for a refund: changing your mind, ordering by mistake, incompatibility with your environment, not using the product, delayed implementation, expectation mismatch, or no longer needing the service.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend access to the related license, account, or service while the issue is investigated.
